Pamper Yourself With A Massage

Hot Stone Massage

The Hot Stone Massage originated when Native Americans heated stones to treat aching muscles. Our Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where our therapist uses smooth rounded basalt stones (a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well) that are heated in water then lubricated in essential oils and applied to the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles allowing the massage therapist to work more deeply.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is one of the most common massages to get. Its well suited for people who are getting a massage for the first time or don’t get massages often. The primary goal of the Swedish massage is to relax the whole body. The therapist will lubricate the skin with massage oil and perform various massage strokes. This helps warm up the body and release tension to break up the “knots”.

Reflexology

Reflexology is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques. Reflexology massage can be a deeply relaxing and therapeutic option for those suffering from plantar fasciitis, ankle injuries or even everyday work and play.

Head Massage

Most of us carry our stress in our head, shoulders and/or neck. Head massage techniques are a combination of different strokes, pressure points and the right positioning. When you massage the head you can relieve overall tension in the body.
